Hello everyone. Following last week’s announcement from the Government (09/07/20) about the re-opening of leisure centres, swimming pools and other venues from 25th July, we’ve had a few people getting in touch to ask us whether Kidabulous is able to open – so we thought it best to share an update with you to clarify our current situation.

Unfortunately, soft play centres have not yet been given the go-ahead to re-open so we are still on standby but we hope to re-open soon. We anticipate an announcement from the Government about re-opening within the next few weeks. As soon as this happens, we will update all our social media pages and website to share this news with our customers – so please keep an eye out for this. How We’re Getting Ready to Re-Open

In order to prepare for the re-opening of Kidabulous we have have invested in a number of measures to ensure the safety of our customers.

The main one is the installation of a recommended, best practice ‘Anti-Viral Fogging Disinfection System’ which will be used daily to maintain the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers. The use of the fogging machine allows the coverage of vast areas, without missing any surfaces and without the need to wipe down afterwards. The sanitiser lands dry on all surfaces (hard or soft) without causing any harm and offers a full covering of disinfectant.

Alongside the use of this system, increased staff cleaning will take place throughout the day and every evening.

We have also invested in more hand sanitiser points throughout the building and on every floor.

Customers will be required to use hand sanitiser on entry into the building, tables will be arranged to adhere to social distancing guidelines and screens will be in place at all Café counters.

This is by no means an exhaustive list but the above measures provide good examples of the steps we’re taking to protect our customers and staff.
