Since we first introduced our online booking system, we’ve had a number of people get in touch to ask about which part of the soft play centre to make a booking for. Whether they’re visiting with children of different ages or if their younger child enjoys playing in both Toddler Town (upstairs) and Adventure World (downstairs), it’s something that we’ve been asked about on several occasions so we thought it might be worth providing some clarification on these matters – just in case anyone else was wondering the same thing.

One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced in light of the Coronavirus rules and restrictions that we’re required to follow in order to keep our venue COVID-safe revolves around controlling capacity in our play centre. There’s a limit to the number of people we can admit into our play centre and there’s also a limit to the number of people we can have on each floor at any one time.

So – while our staff will always do our best to allow you and your children to move from one floor to the other, this isn’t always possible especially during busy times when we’re fully booked.

Just as a guide, Toddler Town is more likely to be at full capacity on weekdays during term-time whereas the opposite is true for Adventure World which is busiest during holidays, weekends and after school – so please consider this when choosing which area you would like to book in for.

If you do wish to move from one floor of Kidabulous to the other during your visit, please speak to a member of staff and they will let you know if this is possible.

Although we know this won’t work for everyone, if you are two adults visiting with two or more children, you could consider making separate bookings so that one adult could book to be with some of the kids in one area of the centre and the other adult could book for the other area with the remaining kids in your party. If you are an adult visiting on your own with one or more children, we would suggest making a booking for the area you feel you and your party will get the most use out of. This is because unfortunately at this time, the only way we can 100% guarantee that you will be able to use an area of the play centre is if you have a slot booked there.

We know that none of these solutions are ideal but please be assured that we are doing our best to work within the parameters of the current situation. We hope this has made things a little clearer and that you understand why we need to put these procedures in place.
