IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE

Parents / Guardians MUST:

Accept full responsibility to supervise the children in their care at all times. AND
Observe their children to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely.
As a guide, the main play frame is suitable for adults and children of 4 years and over.
Toddler Town is suitable for children 4 years and younger.
Customers play at their own risk.

Please Note: This is only suggested as a guide to parents / guardians. Full responsibility lies with Parents and Guardians to make judgements on what equipment their children are capable of using, dependent on their children’s physical development and physical abilities.

Independent Inspection

Kidabulous play equipment has been independently inspected and risk assessed. It is checked daily by staff, and continues to receive routine inspection by play industry specialists.

Liability

Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the indoor soft play centre, Kidabulous cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
